Job Description

The main duties of this position are to greet and assist guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise. This opportunity is available at our NEW STORE opening at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively.
2. Enter guest data and sales information into POS systems accurately, including sales, returns, special orders, engraving, and repairs; obtain signatures on sales.
3. Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items in their correct areas after sale.
4. Repair, polish, or solder jewelry.
5. Utilize the GUESTS program when interacting with guests on the sales floor or via phone, and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
6. Provide knowledgeable service on product information using in-store tools and training.
7. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
8. Achieve individual key performance metrics.
9. Assist management in reaching store KPIs and maintaining store presentation standards.
10. Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
11. Attend all required meetings.
12. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
13. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
