Job Summary

The main duties of Part-Time Sales Associates are to greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise. This opportunity is at our NEW STORE coming to Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively.
2. Enter guest data and sales data into POS accurately, including sales, returns, special orders, engraving, and repairs, and obtain signatures.
3. Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items after sale.
4. Repair, polish, or solder jewelry (if over 18).
5. Utilize the GUESTS program when interacting with guests on the sales floor or by phone, and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
6. Provide knowledgeable service on product information using in-store tools and training.
7. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
8. Achieve individual Key Performance Metrics.
9. Assist Store Management in meeting store KPIs and maintaining store presentation standards.
10. Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
11. Attend all required meetings.
12. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
13. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
