Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store leadership team in delivering an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. responsibilities include greeting customers, selling, cash wrap, restocking, and maintaining shop reliability during high-volume periods.

The role is temporary with an anticipated start in late-September 2026 and potential to become permanent based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel while stocking inventory.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and have reliable transportation.
• Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell products and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Assist in receiving shipments and preparing product for floor placement.
• Track in-transit shipments and communicate with leadership.
• Assist with restocking and stockroom organization.
• Support loss prevention and cycle counts.
• Engage in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge.
• Support building facilities maintenance.
