Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store leadership team in delivering an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will greet customers, sell products, and handle cash wrap, restocking, and shopkeeping with a strong focus on service during peak periods.

You must be available for extended holiday hours and weekends, with the position starting late September 2026 through January 2027.

Qualifications

• Exceptional selling skills and customer service ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced holiday environment.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stocking products.
• Communicate in-transit shipment information to leadership.
• Perform product customizations and assist in stockroom organization.
• Lead restock processes and maintain stock levels.
• Support loss prevention and conduct cycle counts.
