Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store leadership in delivering an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. This temporary role starts in late September 2026 and runs through early January 2027, with the possibility of permanency based on performance and business needs.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, process transactions, restock, and assist in holiday events with extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
• Excellent customer service and sales attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide high-quality service.
• Sell products and share product knowledge.
• Cash wrap duties and receipts.
• Restock shelves and maintain stockroom organization.
• Assist with in-store holiday events and promotions.
• Support loss prevention and cycle counts.
