Job summary

Coastal Farm is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment in Lacey, WA. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, answer questions, operate the POS, and keep the store tidy and well merchandised.

Daily duties include greeting customers, answering phones, processing freight, updating signage, assisting in floor moves, and collaborating with teammates to maintain store standards and promotions.

Seasonal Sales Associate

120-Day Assignment

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales,

housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss

prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find

the location of products.

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new

trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.

• Other duties assigned as needed.
