Job summary

Coastal Farm & Ranch is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment. You will deliver friendly customer service, drive sales, and assist with merchandising and store upkeep.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, handling phone inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting other departments as needed. A seasonal retention bonus is available upon successful completion and eligibility.

Seasonal Sales Associate
120-Day Assignment
Seasonal Retention Bonus Available! Join our team for the season and earn a retention bonus upon successful completion of the seasonal assignment and eligibility requirements. Details will be provided during the hiring process.
Primary Purpose
To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales,
housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss
prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find
  

the location of products.

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
  

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new
  

trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.

• Other duties assigned as needed.
