Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle shop in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to enhance guest experiences and grow sales. This part-time, on-site position emphasizes product knowledge, friendly service, and strong teamwork in a fragrance-rich environment.

You will help maintain store presentation, support inventory tasks, and contribute to customer loyalty initiatives while working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• High School completion or GED required.
• Retail experience of 1+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
