Newell Brands' Yankee Candle brand is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Edinburgh, IN location. This part-time, onsite role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, applying product knowledge, and executing selling strategies to drive in-store sales.

You will support inventory, maintain store appearance, and assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while working flexible weekends and holidays in a fragrance-rich environment.

• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
