Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service, while showcasing a high level of product knowledge and engage customers during peak seasons.

In this temporary role you will work on the sales floor, at the cash wrap, and in processing and replenishment, floorset execution, and back room maintenance to keep the brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Prior retail or lingerie store experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience.
• Encourages purchase of additional items at checkout.
• Processes merchandise to floor ready status; maintains back room and stock.
