Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support peak-season needs in-store.

You will drive sales by engaging customers, delivering expert product knowledge, and ensuring a premium shopping experience across floor, cash wrap, and replenishment tasks. Responsibilities

Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
Recovers the cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock.
Replenishes merchandise to brand standards on the sales floor.
Supports markdowns, re-tickets, and stock removal.
