Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to help drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service during peak seasons. This temporary role supports the store with product knowledge and customer engagement.

On the sales floor you will assist customers, qualify needs, and convert promotions into larger sales; at the cash wrap you'll process transactions and encourage add-ons; you’ll also replenish stock and assist with floorset activities in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability during peak seasons.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Maintains floor readiness and replenishes merchandise to brand standards.
• Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards.
• Supports housekeeping, loss prevention, and reporting issues.
