Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season—October through January. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, keep the floor stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, suggesting products, promoting events, and communicating needs to management while supporting team goals. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training to learn procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly at the register and on the sales floor.
• Understand needs, share product knowledge, and suggest items.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve issues and process exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management.
• Support team goals and maintain organized merchandise.
