Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will assist customers, recommend apparel and footwear, and help maintain an organized store both front and back of house.

The role includes POS operation and supporting omni-channel requests, with a focus on teamwork and meeting goals. Ideal candidates are energetic, able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, and comfortable with technology.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in CA).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English helpful.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills; able to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean store; assist with back-of-house tasks.
• Operate front and back-of-store, including POS and payments.
• Respond to omni-channel requests per UA processes and policy; work well in a team.
• Support loyalty program education and enrollment; meet sales goals.
