Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately while promoting MINISO Membership.
• Follow store policies and support teammates with additional tasks.
