Job summary

Under Armour is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates in Florida. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations, contribute to sales goals, and assist with stock duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (18 in California)
• Able to maneuver and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Available to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handhelds, mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Assist with stock and store cleanliness
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Fulfill omnichannel requests through the digital experience
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Support self-development and growth opportunities
• Adhere to Under Armour's processes and attendance policy
