Job summary

Under Armour in Orlando is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales during peak seasons. You’ll help keep the store clean and organized, support daily operations, and step into stock duties as needed.

This role is ideal for someone seeking extra income during summer or holiday breaks. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll greet customers, recommend apparel and footwear, and assist with front- and back-of-house tasks, including point-of-sale

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to bend, squat, reach and climb a ladder as needed.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate within a team.
