Job summary

Under Armour in Cypress, TX is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations and may take on stock duties as needed, making a meaningful impact during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around store, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to stand for extended periods and use ladders if needed.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payment processes.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and act as a team player.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
