• Provides an exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home customer service model.
• Assists with operations and merchandising under management guidance.
• Engages customers, educates on loyalty programs and promotions to grow the basket.
• Maintains friendly, respectful service and supports store initiatives and programs.
• Handles receipt of merchandise, stockroom organization and merchandise presentation.
• Operates POS system efficiently and accurately; supports in-store and online experience.
