Responsabilidades

• Impact the business and store environment positively in line with goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals through guest engagement and initiatives.
• Engage with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Develop client relationships and nurture repeat visits.
• Analyze reports with leadership to inform action plans and growth.
• Ensure floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on goals, launches, and store initiatives.
• Introduce all aspects of the Alo model (Retail, Yoga, Café) to guests.
• Utilize incentives and strategies to meet store targets.
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure satisfaction.
