Job summary

Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by following our customer service model and supporting operations, merchandising and floor sets under management direction.

You will engage customers, drive sales through selling, cashiering, replenishing, and maintaining a tidy, inviting sales floor and stockroom, with availability on weekends and evenings to help meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Energetic, people- and results oriented with drive to succeed.
• Able to communicate both in writing and verbally.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Flexible schedule to meet the business needs of the store.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
