You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, and merchandising while working with the support of the store management team. The role emphasizes engaging customers, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining accurate pricing, stocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor organized.

• Frequently positions self to retrieve and stock products in the stock room and sales floor and to place merchandise in bags.
• Must be able to constantly stand and move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers.
• Must be able to frequently communicate with the customers in person, electronically, and telephonically.
• Must be able to frequently move merchandise 50 pounds or more to and from the stock room to sales floor.
• Must be able to operate a Point of Sale system, registers and hand held devices efficiently and accurately.

• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to support building the basket.
• Maintains an organized sales floor and stockroom and assists with merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Supports branding by treating customers and coworkers respectfully and professionally.
• Assists in achieving goals associated with company initiatives and programs.
• Assists in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
