• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates.
• Ensure customer wish lists are current and customer notified when products arrive.
• Assists with training new associates and fosters a welcoming environment.
• Help recruit top talent and support team-building activities.
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls and keep the store clean.
• Contribute to weekly product feedback and merchandising standards.
