Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Columbus, OH to support the store leadership team and deliver an unmatched customer experience. You will greet customers, sell products, perform cash wrap, restock, and maintain an organized stockroom with a focus on service during peak periods.

The role is temporary through early January 2027 with potential for permanent opportunities based on performance and business needs; weekend/evening shifts and extended holiday hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Sell products and maintain knowledge to assist shoppers.
• Support receiving shipments and stock floor placement.
• Manage restock process and maintain organized stockroom.
• Assist in loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers.
• Contribute to ongoing staff education and product knowledge.
