Deckers Brands’ UGG division in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and promote our brand values. You will listen to customers, provide product knowledge, and help them find the right items while communicating sustainability commitments and brand story.

You\'ll operate the cash register, manage inventory, merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards, and maintain clean back-stock areas.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the DeckersBrands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty and promote product knowledge.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers; merchandise per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and break area; support safety and loss-prevention policies.
