Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional shopping experiences using Kirkland’s Home customer service model.
• Greet customers and engage with them to drive sales and loyalty sign-ups.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, stockroom organization and floorsets.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floor and stockroom areas.
