Job summary

TJX Companies’ TJ Maxx store in Norwich, CT is seeking motivated associates to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will engage with customers, support store operations, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety and shrink reduction efforts while providing a positive store atmosphere. Retail experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities
