Responsibilities

• Supports and values Customer Service in both the in store and online shopping experience
• Actively engages with all customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to support building the basket
• Supports branding by treating customers and co-workers respectfully while supporting company goals
• Achieves or exceeds goals associated with company initiatives and programs
• Assists in receiving all merchandise safely and efficiently
• Maintains an organized sales floor and stockroom
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy
