Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience as part of the Kirkland’s Home team.

The role includes assisting with operations and merchandising under management direction, and flexing into selling, cashiering, replenishing, floorset setup, and cleaning to drive sales. Customer service remains the top priority; the associate greets customers, promotes loyalty programs, and informs shoppers about current promotions and merchandise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports Customer Service in-store and online experiences.
• Engage with customers and model selling behaviors.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Support branding and professional interaction with customers and co-workers.
• Aim to meet or exceed goals for company programs.
• May assist with merchandise receipts, floorsets, and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as needed.
