Job summary

MINISO USA is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver friendly, helpful service and keep the store looking inviting during peak periods. You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and process exchanges according to policy.

On the sales floor you will restock, maintain presentation, handle cash and POS transactions, promote the MINISO Membership program, and support the team with daily tasks while upholding a professional, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers on locating merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and restock shelves.
• Operate POS, process transactions, promotions, and enroll customers in MINISO Membership.
• Follow store policies and support team and management with additional tasks.
