MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, keep the store well presented, and support daily sales during peak seasons. This role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, handle returns, maintain the sales floor, assist with POS transactions, promote MINISO Membership, and collaborate with the team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Maintains a professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers in a friendly manner.
