MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to elevate customer service, maintain store presentation, and assist in peak-season sales operations. You will greet customers, answer questions, process inquiries, returns, and exchanges while promoting MINISO Membership.

The role emphasizes a friendly, reliable team player who can work weekends/holidays and evenings, support merchandising guidelines, operate the POS, and help ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock shelves as needed.
