Job summary

Kirkland’s Home in the Baton Rouge area is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support operations and merchandising under management guidance. The role blends selling, cashiering, replenishment, floorsets, and cleanliness to drive sales and provide outstanding service.

The successful candidate will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain accurate pricing and inventory while upholding Kirkland’s Home values.

Qualifications
