• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills for clear customer interactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/evenings as needed.
• Maintains reliability and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently; handle payments and apply promotions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow store policies and support team members as needed.
