Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate in Michigan to deliver outstanding in-store experiences, assist customers with product questions, and drive sales. You will use your problem-solving and sales skills to recommend merchandise while supporting store standards and teamwork.

This role requires no degree or a high school diploma, up to 2 years of experience, and the ability to operate POS systems. Flexible retail hours and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization.
• Skill operating Inventory and POS systems, and various other retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Perform all required cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by handling product flow and stock management.
