Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about product features, benefits, and availability; engage with customers to understand needs and suggest suitable options.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stockroom as needed.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing product flow both from receiving to sale.
