Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will assist customers with product questions, demonstrate features, and make personalized recommendations while supporting store leadership.

You'll maintain merchandising standards, handle cash transactions, and help manage product flow to keep the store inviting and efficient. This role suits motivated individuals aged 16+, with prior retail exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• No specific education required with a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience or less in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems, and various retail software tools.
• Applicant must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
• Perform all required cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) efficiently and accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow in the stores.
