Job summary

Kirkland’s, Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home customer service model. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, restock merchandise, and help maintain organized floorsets and stockrooms.

You will engage customers, explain loyalty programs and promotions, and support store branding with a positive attitude. Availability for weekends and evenings is required, and you should be able to stand for long
