Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring a Sales Associate for our Camarillo store. You will create personalized shopping experiences, listen to customers, recommend products, and share our sustainability commitments while upholding the brand’s image.

You’ll greet customers promptly, answer questions with product knowledge, operate the cash register, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards. A positive attitude and reliable schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and address questions with accurate product knowledge.
• Communicate our return policy clearly and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stock merchandise per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Arrive on time and follow store policies, including reporting late/absences.
