Job summary

The Brand House Collective seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience aligned with Kirkland’s Home customer service standards. You will support operations, merchandising, and floor sets while partnering with management to drive sales and maintain a welcoming store environment.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, effective communication, and teamwork, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Energetic, people- and results-oriented with drive to succeed.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to read and interpret company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent in-store and online customer service.
• Engages with customers and models selling behaviors.
• Greets customers with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Assists with the receipt of merchandise and keeps stockroom organized.
• Maintains merchandising presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Supports brand values and company initiatives.
• Performs other duties as needed.
