Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide engaging guest experiences in an interactive store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals for a seasonal, part-time role, expected to last until September, with potential for extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, managing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor (80%)
2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning, managing store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
3. Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, following safety regulations, and reporting shortages (10%)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Effective communication with team members and guests

• Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to access all store areas and perform physical tasks such as moving, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and other physical activities

High performers may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Must be available for up to 20 hours per week, with actual hours scheduled based on business needs.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.74 to $17.74, based on responsibilities, experience, and other factors. Compensation details and benefits will be provided upon offer finalization.
