Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide engaging guest experiences in an interactive store environment. We seek energetic, enthusiastic individuals for a seasonal, part-time role, expected to last until September, with potential for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Exceed guest expectations through fun and meaningful interactions, greeting guests, managing cash register functions, and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor (80%)
2. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing cleaning duties, managing store displays, and following LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
3. Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, adhering to safety regulations, and reporting shortages (10%)

Qualifications include:

• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility

High performers may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
