Job summary

Frankies Bikinis is seeking seasonal Sales Associates for our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, during the peak selling season. You will greet customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations that create memorable shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a teamwork mindset. Flexibility for weekends and promotions is expected, with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $21.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Support opening and closing procedures and other responsibilities.
• Follow brand standards and procedures for a consistent store experience.
• Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality during the seasonal assignment.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support changing business needs.
