Job summary

The Paper Store in Wilmette, IL is hiring Sales Associates to deliver world class service and hit sales goals in a fast paced retail environment. You will greet customers, understand needs, explain products, and upsell with the G.U.E.S.T.

service approach while maintaining merchandising standards and store cleanliness. You will be responsible for processing transactions, building customer loyalty, and contributing to a positive work environment through professional conduct and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Sales Associates are responsible for delivering world class service, achieving sales goals and maintaining merchandising standards in a fun and fast paced retail environment. Sales Associates report directly to the Store Team Leader and other members of management.Sales associates are responsible for providing customers with a unique shopping experience by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach.
