Role Description The Seasonal Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Williamsburg, VA. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding in-store experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and sizes. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, restocking merchandise, processing transactions, and supporting inventory and shipment activities. The Seasonal Sales Associate also assists with fitting rooms, product knowledge, and seasonal promotions to help customers make confident purchase decisions. This position works collaboratively with the store team to meet sales goals and uphold The North Face® brand standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail sales experience, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and provide helpful product recommendations.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including accurate transaction processing and basic troubleshooting of in-store systems.
• Visual merchandising and store operations skills, such as organizing displays, maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor, and assisting with stockroom tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry merchandise, and support shipment processing as needed.
• Interest in outdoor activities, performance apparel, and The North Face® products; prior experience in an outdoor or sporting goods environment is a plus.
