Job Highlights

$17.00 - $19.15 per hour!

This seasonal part-time role has big-time impact! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammates are major players for our brand during our busiest seasons. This role is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

• Previous work experience in a customer-facing role (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide athletes with a unique experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, including assuming Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Omni

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA policies
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Participate in product training

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards
• Follow UA policies and procedures
• Complete operational and cash processes
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies

Team Collaboration & Self Growth

• Collaborate to achieve store goals
• Engage in self-development to improve performance

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, communication skills
• Fluency in local language
• Proficient with computers and technology
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in sports/apparel & footwear retail
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
