Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location including, but not limited to:

• Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Building relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Encouraging and participating in team selling to meet store sales goals.
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts.
• Handling transactions at the cash register.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, frequently bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors.

You may work across multiple store locations and brands voluntarily.

Rate of Pay: $17.00-$21.25/hr
