Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal team members to bring global style and friendly service to our customers in Washington state. You’ll share product knowledge, assist with purchases, and help keep shelves well merchandized while supporting a vibrant shopping environment.

This position offers an hourly wage of $17.13–$17.63 and eligibility for benefits after the seasonal period. Flexible scheduling supports work‑life balance, with paid sick leave and opportunities for future openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Hourly pay range is $17.13-$17.63.
• Seasonal associates receive paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked) upon hire.
• If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases.

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
