Job summary

World Market is hiring seasonal team members to deliver a fun, memorable shopping experience. You’ll share product knowledge, assist customers, and handle in-store checkout and buy-online pickup orders while maintaining merchandising and safety standards.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.00, with benefits information available and a pathway to more substantial roles if eligibility and performance allow. Join a team that values authenticity and teamwork.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer: Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.” Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards. Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed. Contribute to a safe shopping environment.

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication & time management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation. Minimum Age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

Hourly Pay Range is $18.50-$19.00
