GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized, unique shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, organized, and secure all company assets under your control.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Take accountability for sales results by using effective selling skills and a goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
